Had a wonderful week in January, at this apartment. It ticked every box from its location to the apartment itself. Well equipped, warm, comfortable and clean. Great for two couples, with two bathrooms.
Short walk into Ambleside and perfectly placed for walking & shopping. Look forward to visiting again this coming January.

Wansfell apartment is truly a delight. This was our third stay and I can happily say we'll definitely be back. The apartment itself is lovely, really well supplied, comfortable beds and is wonderfully warm on those chilly evenings. The three bathrooms are a handy bonus!
It is located a short 5-10 min walk into the centre of Ambleside, where you'll find lovely art shops,an amazing chocolate shop, and plenty of high quality outdoors and clothing shops to choose from, plus a great selection of restaurants and cosy pubs.
You can walk directly from the apartment, or a short drive will take you to fabulous walking from Grasmere,Coniston, Scafell and beyond.
We can't recommend it enough.
